From the Watervale sub-region, yellow/straw in colour, this is intensely aromatic offering notes of limes, florals, lemon curd, wet slate, dry herbs and grapefruit. The wine is balanced, seamless and has serious intensity. The focus never wavers at any stage along the journey and the wine exhibits most impressive length.  “Straight-up delicious. The most moreish of Clare rieslings, with emphatic regional character in lime, bath salts, prickly minerality, dashes of almond cream and cinnamon spice. Intense and yet very refreshing. This has a distinct, savoury appeal and suggestions of winemaking nous to build that savoury character. Balanced, lengthy, refreshing and just so darn good.
