From the Estate Of Ravensworth, which is a magnificent mixed agriculture farm with one of the loveliest family homes perched at the rear overlooking countryside and distant undulating hills. A few four legged protein sacks wander around, there’s veggies sprouting here and there, a forest thing, bits of farm equipment, sheds, and the lush looking vineyard with its lazy loNg grass and white noise of insect life. It’s always a great visit to Domaine de la Martin. Here’s one of his best wines year-on-year. It’s the one that weds marsanne, roussanne and viognier. Organic farmed too.
