Sidewood Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2025

This elegant wine is pale yellow in colour, showing bright green hues on the edges. The nose is very classic and refined, exuding aromas of tropic al fruits, grapefruits and zesty lemon citrus in a robust combination of herbal not es, passionfruit, stone fruit, fresh lime and minerals at the core. The palate is treated to vibrant and mouth watering flavours of grapefruit, melon and green apple. This is a refreshing wine with floral notes supporting the well balanced and lively acidity, all while delivering great length and flavour. The subtle acids carry the fruit flavours to a lingering finish.
