Inky purple crimson in colour, the Chatterton’s Shiraz is savoury and spicy. The palate is full-bodied with plums, mulberries and touches of dark cherries.
Fermented in open-top concrete vats. Pumped over twice daily. Â Basket pressed, wild malolactic fermentation in barrel and matured in new French oak barriques for 24 months prior to bottling without fining or filtration.
